Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur and Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool have reportedly received a boost in their quest to sign Paulo Dybala.

TuttoMercatoWeb reported this month that Liverpool manager Klopp is looking to sign Juventus attacker Dybala on a free transfer in the summer of 2022.

The Reds want the 28-year-old Argentina international, who can play as a forward or as an attacking midfielder, as a potential replacement for Brazil international attacker Roberto Firmino.

Tottenham are also keen on securing the services of Dybala.

TuttoMercatoWeb have reported that Tottenham head coach Conte wants to work with the former Palermo star.

It was Tottenham Managing Director of Football Fabio Paratici who signed Dybala for Juventus back in 2015.

The report in TuttoMercatoWeb has added that talks between the Argentina international and Juventus over a new contract have stalled due to disagreements over salary.

And this has reportedly boosted the chances of Tottenham and Liverpool in securing the services of the attacker, who earns £222,000 per week (Salary Sport).

Could Liverpool or Tottenham sign Paulo Dybala?

In our view, Liverpool and Tottenham should feel confident about signing Dybala.

The Argentina international is at the top of his game now, and he could be tempted to move to Liverpool or Tottenham.

Now, of course, Juventus are a massive club, but Dybala has been successful at the Bianconeri and he could be tempted by a different adventure.

Now, Dybala will not come cheap in terms of salary, but with no transfer fee needed, he could prove to be a brilliant signing and could make an immediate impact at Liverpool or Tottenham.

Dybala has scored seven goals and give four assists in 16 Serie A starts, and has scored three goals and provided one assist in three Champions League starts so far this season.
