Tottenham Hotspur are looking to bolster their squad ahead of the new Premier League season.

Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha could be heading for the exit door this summer, with Tottenham Hotspur again showing interest in his services.
The Mirror have claimed that Tottenham are looking to sign him this summer, and if Zaha does move to another team in England than Spurs will be the best destination for him.
There’s no doubt that Zaha is now deserving of a shot at European football, with his performances at Selhurst Park improving dramatically in recent seasons.
The 26-year-old scored 10 goals and assisted the same number during the recently concluded campaign [transfermarkt], that’s a huge difference from three seasons ago when he netted only twice in the league and supplied five assists [transfermarkt].
Tottenham are not the only team keen on Zaha’s services, with The Sun reporting that Arsenal manager Unai Emery has asked the club to break the bank for the player.
It isn’t a surprise to see some teams from the Premier League’s top-six wanting to sign Zaha, but for his career and progression, Tottenham is the place he should be heading.

Given Zaha’s versatility, and Mauricio Pochettino’s ability to play various formations, the Ivory Coast international would be able to fit into various roles at the North London club.
That wouldn’t be the same for a Manchester City or a Liverpool because Zaha would struggle to break into their starting XI because their forward lines is that little stronger than Spurs.
Added with that, moving to an Arsenal or even going back to a Manchester United would be a mistake from the player, especially given the uncertainties surrounding those clubs.
Whilst a Jurgen Klopp or a Pep Guardiola would be able to take Zaha’s game to the next level, Pochettino has the ability to do that also.
