Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for West Ham United’s Manuel Lanzini in the summer transfer window.

Liverpool and Arsenal are also interested in the attacking midfielder, according to the report, which claims that West Ham have slapped a £30 million-plus price-tag on the Argentine.
Lanzini has played well for the Hammers in recent weeks and has stepped up his game following the departure of Dimitri Payet to Marseille in the January transfer window.
Given that the former River Plate attacking midfielder is only 24 years of age, the West Ham star is only going to improve in the coming years.
However, Tottenham have no need whatsoever to sign Lanzini. After all, they have one of the most creative midfielders in Europe in Christian Eriksen.
Eriksen is just 25 years of age, but the Denmark international attacking midfielder is hugely experienced and has played brilliantly this season.
In 35 Premier League appearances for Spurs this campaign, the Dane has scored eight goals, provided 13 assists and created 108 chances.
Then there is Dele Alli, who is one of the most compete midfielders in England and is potentially world class.
There is no need or space for Lanzini in the current Tottenham team. The West Ham attacking midfielder could enhance the depth of the squad, but would it be worth it for £30m?
