Tottenham Hotspur are reported to be tracking Eljif Elmas.

Tottenham Hotspur are reported to be challenging Manchester City to sign Macedonian winger Eljif Elmas, Turkish Football report.
Spurs have a clear upper hand to pull off a deal, thanks to Vincent Janssen.
Janssen is currently rehabilitating an injury but is not in Tottenham’s plans.
He might just be in Fenerbahce’s plans, Elmas’ current club.
Janssen was on loan at Fenerbahce last season and after a slow start, appeared to be hitting his stride before injury derailed his season.

SkySports reported in July that Fenerbahce were in talks to sign Janssen on loan again.
Tottenham preferred to sell permanently, so no deal was struck.
Now after reportedly enquiring for Elmas along with City and Sevilla, Tottenham should try to throw Janssen into a swap deal, permanently or on loan.
Elmas, 19, is an exciting winger who has also this year attracted attention from Borussia Dortmund.
He is already starring for Fenerbahce’s first team and if Spurs could get him in exchange for Janssen, it is a deal they should pursue.
