Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly ready to pay £400,000 a week to star striker Harry Kane to stop him from leaving in the summer transfer window.
According to Matt Law of The Telegraph, Harry Kane would earn £400,000 a week as salary if he was to stay at Tottenham and sign a new contract.
The 29-year-old striker has been heavily linked with Manchester United, while Bayern Munich are reported to have made two bids for him.
After a second bid from Bayern went in for the Spurs striker, reportedly in the region of £70 million, it seems that the North London are resistant to the idea of losing Kane this summer, despite the forward only having 12 months left on his contract.

After Spurs’ new boss, Ange Postecoglou, confirmed his desire to work with Kane, the same report from The Telegraph states that the club will go on a charm offensive to try and convince the forward that North London is the place to be.
With a meeting scheduled tomorrow, according to the report, there is hope that progress can be made on the striker’s future.
Spurs have already made two signings this window and look set to make a third, with Israeli winger Manor Solomon set to join the club on a free transfer, after spending last season on loan at Fulham.
The question with Kane will be whether the forward will be wowed by the new signings that have been made by Spurs.
