Tottenham Hotspur are set to land a £50 million windfall from Kyle Walker’s sale to Manchester City.

Tottenham Hotspur fans have urged Mauricio Pochettino to spend the money raised from Kyle Walker’s sale to Manchester City on Porto’s Ricardo Pereira and Everton’s Ross Barkley.

Tottenham have landed £50 million for Walker, according to BBC Sport.

The England international defender is set to move to the Etihad Stadium in the near future, with the deal now in its final stages.

And Spurs fans are satisfied with the money they are set to receive for the right-back, as long as it is re-invested.

Tottenham are yet to make a signing this summer, with Pochettino’s side being hesitant in the transfer window to date.

However, Spurs fans feel that now is the time for action and they want Barkley and Pereira to both be in North London next season.

Pereira would be signed as a direct replacement for Walker, with the pair offering similar skill-sets.

Barkley, meanwhile, would enhance Tottenham’s attacking options and increase the creativity available for Pochettino to use.
