Tottenham Hotspur fans are urging Mauricio Pochettino and Daniel Levy to rival Juventus in the race to sign Manchester United’s Anthony Martial.

The Daily Mail have suggested that Juve are prepared to pay £44 million for the United forward and Spurs fans feel that they need to be in the running for his signature at that price.

There is a feeling among Tottenham fans that Pochettino could turn Martial in to a superstar and they are dreaming that a bid will be lodged in the summer.

Martial has featured sporadically for United this season, with his future now in doubt.

Martial would surely play more frequently at Tottenham than United, but whether Pochettino’s side would be able to afford the French international’s wages is up for debate.
