Eriksen has been linked with a move away from Tottenham all summer so far, after the Dane came out and suggested that he wanted a ‘new challenge’.
However, Eriksen has been taken on Tottenham’s pre-season tour of Asia, rising hopes he could stick around at White Hart Lane.
And Spurs fans think that the club are starting to suggest Eriksen will stick around next term with the media they are positing on their Twitter account.
If Eriksen does stay with Tottenham it would be a major boost to Pochettino’s side.
The playmaker’s form may have dipped towards the end of last season, but he remains so pivotal in Tottenham’s system.
Eriksen is the most creative player in Spurs’s team, and if he lines-up against Aston Villa on opening day, most at White Hart Lane will surely be delighted.
