Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal will face each other in the North London derby this evening.

Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez

Alexis Sanchez is one of the best players in the Premier League, and the Chile international forward will be a key figure for Arsenal against Tottenham Hotspur in the North London derby.

Arsenal will face Tottenham away from home at White Hart Lane in the Premier League this evening.

Sanchez, who can also operate as a winger, is likely to start the game for the Gunners, who need to win to enhance their chances of finishing in the top four of the league this season.

The 28-year-old has been Arsenal’s best player so far this season. The former Barcelona star has scored 19 goals and created 72 chances in 32 Premier League appearances for the North London outfit so far this campaign.

Tottenham will head into this evening’s North London derby as favourites, but if Sanchez plays to the best of his ability, then there is a small chance that Arsenal could pick up all three points.

Earlier in the week, Charlie Nicholas suggested to Sky Sports that only three players from the current Arsenal team would get into the Tottenham Hotspur side.

The former Arsenal forward believes that Sanchez, attacking midfielder Mesut Ozil and midfielder Aaron Ramsey as those three players.

Tottenham fans have left their comments on HITC regarding Nicholas’s views, and it appears that they rate Sanchez, but not Ozil or Ramsey.

mark hilditch: “Sanchez yes. Ozil and Ramsey. Not a chance. COYS.”

Anthony Newcombe: “Could not agree more!! sanchez yes, but Ozil….really?!??! and as for Ramsay, he’s been slated for his dire performances this season. Did he really say this???”

Paul: “Sanchez yes the other two are not good enough..”

Folkestone: “Sanchez is a yes but Ozil would struggle to replace the tea lady!”
