Aurier has expressed his delight at the Ivory Coast winning 3-0 against Gabon away from home in the 2018 World Cup qualifiers for Africa.
Max Gradel and Seydou Doumbia (two) were the goalscorers for Marc Wilmots’s side in the Group C game.
The result means that the Ivory Coast have not lost in World Cup qualifying for 26 games – a run that stretches back to 12 years, according to BBC Sport.
The Ivory Coast are at the top of Group C at the moment with seven points from three matches.
Aurier has taken to Twitter to express his delight at his national team’s win against Gabon, and Tottenham fans have responded to his message on the social networking site.

According to BBC Sport, the Premier League club had to pay the Ligue 1 giants a transfer fee of £23 million in order to secure the services of the right-back.
