Sessegnon expressed his sadness that Slavisa Jokanovic had left on social media soon after the Serbian manager exited Craven Cottage.
And Spurs fans jumped on the tweet, suggesting that his sadness would soon be forgotten about if he moved to Tottenham.
Tottenham have been heavily linked with Sessengon since the summer, after he enjoyed a fine breakthrough season last year.
The England youth international was a major reason behind why Fulham were promoted from the Championship.
Sessegnon’s form in the Premier League has dipped, but at the age of 18 he has still shown plenty of promise.
