Whether Tottenham could now afford Neves is up for debate, as Wolves would surely want huge money for the Portuguese midfielder.
Neves has developed into a wonderful player at Molineux, and his value would be huge in the modern day market.
Tottenham have loosened the purse strings in recent times, but they would surely have to break their transfer record to have any chance of landing Neves.
