Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tanguy Ndombele has drawn glowing praise from West Ham United’s Declan Rice.

Tottenham Hotspur fans love what Declan Rice has said about their new signing Tanguy Ndombele.
“I’m really looking forward to playing against Ndombele,” Rice said. “I watched him in the Champions League last season and he looked like a top, top player.
“The French boys here were raving about him, saying what a good player he was, so I’m looking forward to playing against Spurs and looking forward to playing against him.”
The comments have gone down very well with Spurs fans, with some supporters even jokingly suggesting that the £70 million-rated midfielder (The Sun) wants a move to White Hart Lane.
Rice would actually fit the mould of a player who Tottenham would tend to sign, but the rivalry between the two sides mean that any deal is practically impossible.
Rice has always said that he is happy at West Ham, where he is playing a key role.
The 20-year-old is West Ham’s best defensive option in midfield, and it will be crucial for Manuel Pellegrini’s side that he stays fit throughout the season.
Rice will get his wish of playing against Ndombele when West Ham meet Tottenham for the first time this season, on 23rd November.
