Victor Wanyama could feature for Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday – and fans are loving it.

Speaking to Football London, Mauricio Pochettino confirmed that Tottenham Hotspur powerhouse Victor Wanyama was back in full training.
The 26-year-old midfielder hasn’t kicked a ball since August due to a niggling knee injury which has hindered his and Tottenham’s season.
Spurs visit out-of-form Swansea City on Tuesday evening and Pochettino confirmed that the Kenyan star might well make his long-awaited comeback at The Liberty Stadium.

“Maybe yes. He was involved last game and then was out of the squad. Now we have a lot of players who can be involved,” he told Football London.
“We’ll see about the decision. The good news is that he can again train and is available to be selected.”

The robust figure of Wanyama has indeed been a big miss for a Tottenham side who sit 21 points behind high-flying Manchester City at the top of the Premier League.
And suffice to say fans of the North London club are loving the news of his return.
By virtue of the fact he was outstanding last season, having a player of Wanyama’s class fit again is a huge boost for Spurs’ domestic and European hopes.
Pochettino’s side don’t have much to challenge for by way of a Premier League title this season, but they are firmly in the fight for a top-four finish and, of course, the small matter of a last-16 Champions League tie with Juventus awaits next year.
