Tottenham Hotspur striker Troy Parrott continued his fine run of scoring form by finding the net in the UEFA Youth League yesterday.

Tottenham Hotspur fans have praised Troy Parrott’s display for their under-19 side, after he continued his fine scoring run.
Tottenham’s youngsters drew 1-1 with Olympiacos yesterday, and their performance in the contest wasn’t particularly inspiring.
Parrott continued his rich of form though, as he fired Spurs into the lead early on, after finishing well from close range.
However, Olympiacos came back into the game after that, with Tottenham’s youngsters failing to hold on to their advantage.
Parrott was the stand out performer in a Tottenham shirt, but some fans think things are becoming too easy at youth level for the striker.
Mauricio Pochettino has recently suggested that Parrott still has some work to do before he is considered as a starter for Tottenham’s first-team.
Pochettino has suggested that there are a number of senior players still ahead of Parrott at Spurs, who is still waiting to make his debut.
It could be that the 17-year-old’s best chance of starting for Tottenham’s senior side comes in the League Cup against Colchester United in a week’s time.
