Shayon Harrison has joined Melbourne City on loan from Tottenham Hotspur.
Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the departure of Shayon Harrison to Melbourne City.
As announced on Tottenham’s official website, Harrison has joined A-League outfit City on loan until May.
The 21-year-old is not part of Spurs’ first team at the moment and has made just one competitive appearance for the senior side so far in his career – against Liverpool in a League Cup tie back in October 2016.
In subsequent years, the forward has been out on loan at Yeovil Town and Southend United, and now he will be at Melbourne City in Australia.
The youngster is a very good footballer who has made a name for himself in the Tottenham youth team, and perhaps a loan spell in the A-League and working with Warren Joyce will help him to break into the Spurs team during the 2019-20 campaign.
