Tottenham Hotspur have sold one right back already with Kyle Walker-Peters joining Southampton, but another one could yet go.

Serge Aurier spent most of last season as Tottenham’s first-choice right back, having previously looked like being out of favour under Mauricio Pochettino.

The Ivorian had a decent season, and now appears to be a man in demand during this summer’s transfer window.

Sky Sports now claim that Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen want to sign Aurier, rivalling AC Milan for his signature.

The Ivorian may well be sold for the right price this summer, especially if Tottenham can move forward and sign their own right back targets.

However, Spurs fans appear to have something else in mind, as they have been taking to Twitter to suggest a swap deal for Leon Bailey.

Sport1 reported earlier this month that Spurs had scouted Bailey ahead of possibly making a move to sign him, having impressed in Germany.

The Jamaican winger, 23, has notched 19 goals and 12 assists in 89 Bundesliga games, with his speed and trickery very appealing.

Spurs fans now think that Leverkusen’s interest in Aurier is the perfect opportunity to engineer a swap or part-exchange deal for Bailey, urging the club to do it now.
