Seri’s agent has alerted Spurs, and the rest of the Premier League’s top six, to the Nice midfielder’s availability this summer.
Seri has a £35 million release clause in his contract, as reported by the Daily Mail, and he looks set to leave this summer.
The 26-year-old has been one of the stand out talents in Ligue 1 this term.
And Spurs fans are now keen to see him brought in, as it seems Mauricio Pochettino’s side could need additions in midfield.
Seri could be act as a replacement for either Victor Wanyama or Mousa Dembele, with the pair both linked with moves away from Spurs this summer.
Tottenham are likely to be on the look out for new central midfielders in the coming weeks, with Pochettino desperate to invest.
The Argentine boss has started to put pressure on Daniel Levy to spend big, and Seri’s arrival would be a clear signal of Tottenham’s ambition ahead of the new campaign.
