West Brom are reportedly open to selling the 21-year-old Scotland international, who joined the Baggies from German club RB Leipzig in the summer of 2017 for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £15 million.
The winger made just two starts in the Premier League for West Brom last season and has played only 14 minutes in the Championship for the Baggies so far this campaign, according to WhoScored.
