Tottenham Hotspur’s Mousa Dembele has been linked with a move away.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Mousa Dembele has emerged as a target for AC Milan, according to Corriere Dello Sport.
The 30-year-old has endured something of a stop-start season so far and has looked markedly less influential than he has done in previous years under Mauricio Pochettino.
And reports in Italy are claiming that AC Milan coach Gennaro Gattuso is keen on bringing him to San Siro during the winter transfer window.

Dembele has been a brilliant signing at Tottenham following his arrival from Fulham in 2012 and he brings a degree of power to that box-to-box role that the likes of Harry Winks cannot.
The Belgian midfielder has been fantastic in years gone by but, as his influence wanes, so does the fans’ desire to keep hold of him and Spurs supporters on Twitter seemed divided.

Dembele turns 31 in July and perhaps selling is the best option if Tottenham can find a top-drawer replacement and if the money is right. Surely chairman Daniel Levy won’t be letting him go for a penny less than he’s worth, given his reputation, but selling without having a replacement lined up is a risky ploy.
