Real Madrid star Marco Asensio is reportedly on the radar of Tottenham Hotspur.
Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for Real Madrid star Marco Asensio.
Asensio, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, has been linked with Tottenham in the summer transfer window.
According to AS, Spurs and Liverpool are interested in signing the 23-year-old from Spanish and European giants Madrid.
The report in the Spanish publication has claimed that Los Blancos will not sell the youngster for anything less than his release clause, which is €700 million (£616.88m).
El Confidencial, though, has reported that Spurs are preparing a €100m (£88.13m) bid for the Spain international (click here to read more).
The report has also claimed that the Spanish and European giants could be tempted to sell Asensio if they are able to sign either Neymar or Kylian Mbappe from Paris Saint-Germain.
Asensio has been on the books of Madrid since 2014 and is a huge talented footballer, and he has also won La Liga once and the Champions League twice with Los Blancos.
