Tottenham Hotspur fans want to see Lucas Moura starting as they reacted to his comments about everyone having to ‘stay together’.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side were comprehensively beaten by Brighton over the weekend, with Moura coming off the bench for that encounter.

After that game, Moura tried to be as positive and upbeat as possible as he stated that the club needs to ‘work harder’ and seemingly let their performances on the field do the talking, as quoted by Football London.

Moura, 27, has not started a Premier League encounter for Pochettino since Spurs’ home defeat to Newcastle United in August.

There is no doubt that his minutes have dried up recently, and the Spurs faithful would like to see him start more games from now on.

Some pointed out that he is one of a very few who seemingly cares about the current situation the North London outfit finds themselves in.

After the international break, Spurs host Watford in the league before they take on Red Star Belgrade in the Champions League.

It is fair to say that Spurs fans would like to see Moura play a large part in those games as the club needs some lift.
