There is excitement and scepticism in equal measure among Tottenham Hotspur fans, after Isco has been linked with a move to Mauricio Pochettino’s side again.
Tottenham are expected to be active in the new year, following their worryingly poor start to the campaign.
Isco is now said to be on Tottenham’s radar again, after persistent rumours of Pochettino’s interest in recent years.
No move has come close to materialising yet, but some Spurs fans are excited by links with Isco.
Others though are far more cautious about the rumours, with many not expecting a deal to happen.
If Isco was to join Tottenham it would be a huge statement of intent.
The Spanish international could help fill the void if Christian Eriksen does leave, and he would certainly add creativity to Pochettino’s attack.
Tottenham are currently in ninth place in the Premier League table, after a slow start to their campaign.
