According to Football.London, Tottenham are interested in signing Sessegnon from Fulham in the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that Spurs have yet to start talks with their fellow London club over the transfer of the winger, but they could make their move for Sessegnon once his involvement in the European U21 Championship with England ends this month.
The Guardian has claimed that the England Under-21 international, who can also operate as a left-back, wants to join Spurs to work with manager Mauricio Pochettino given the Argentine’s reputation of developing young and talented players.
Fulham reportedly want £45 million as transfer fee for Sessegnon, but Tottenham do not want to pay more than £25m for the 19-year-old.
The teenager made 26 starts and nine substitute appearances in the Premier League for Fulham this season, scoring two goals and providing six assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
