Tottenham Hotspur have been without Erik Lamela for 13 months now.

Tottenham Hotspur fans have reacted with frustration, after Mauricio Pochettino suggested that Erik Lamela could now be back after the international break.
Lamela has now been out for over 13 months with a hip injury, which he picked up last October.
The Argentine winger has been back in Spurs training for weeks now, but has still not confirmed that he is ready to play.

There were hopes that Lamela could be named in the squad for Tottenham’s match against Crystal Palace later today.
But Pochettino has suggested that it won’t be until after the international break that Lamela will return.
And Spurs fans have grown frustrated with Lamela’s failure to make it off the treatment table now.
When Lamela does eventually return he will significantly improve Spurs’ attacking options.
Lamela was a key player for Pochettino’s side before injury struck last season, with his work rate often earning him plaudits.
When Lamela does return he will be in competition with the likes of Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli for a spot in Tottenham’s first-team.
