Grealish featured for Villa in their Championship game against West Brom at Villa Park on Saturday afternoon.
The 23-year-old attacking midfielder started the first leg of the playoff semi-final tie and played for the entire 90 minutes, as the Villans won 2-1.
The youngster, who can also operate as a winger, played well for the Villans and was involved in both the goals.
Grealish set up Conor Hourihane for the opening goal and earned the penalty in the second half which Tammy Abraham successfully converted.
