Along with the likes of Alex Pritchard, Nabil Bentaleb and Ryan Mason another to leave was Nacer Chadli.
The Belgian international had fallen down the pecking order at Spurs and Poch let him go,
The attacker ended up joining West Brom and was tasked with adding some attacking flair to the club – after a poor start to the season.
This weekend he certainly did that.

Chadli was the star of the show for West Brom as they raced into a 4-0 lead against West Ham United at The Hawthorns – in a game they eventually won 4-2.
He scored two goals and set up the other two as the Baggies put Tottenham’s London rivals to the sword early on.
His performance was electric, until he had to come off in the 75th minute because of an injury.
Spurs fans were left delighted he was doing the business against a rival team, but some were also rueing the club’s decision to let him go.
