Tottenham Hotspur fans were impressed by Philip Billing’s performance last night.

Tottenham Hotspur fans believe they may have spotted the next Dele Alli, while watching Huddersfield Town’s FA Cup match against Manchester City last night.

Alli was brought to Spurs from MK Dons with little fanfare back in 2015, but his rise has been meteoric.

The attacking midfielder has become a key player for both club and country, after making the step up from League One.

And Spurs fans believe they may have spotted another Football League talent in the shape of Huddersfield Town’s Philip Billing.

Billing started in midfield for Huddersfield last night, and was very impressive, despite his side’s heavy defeat.

Huddersfield were beaten 5-1 by City, but Billing was named man of the match by the BBC – and Tottenham fans have urged Mauricio Pochettino to take a look at the 20-year-old.

Billing has made 17 appearances for Huddersfield so far this season, and is regarded as one of the finest talents at the Yorkshire club.
