Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Eric Dier against Huddersfield Town.
Dier featured for Tottenham in the Premier League game against Huddersfield at the Wembley Stadium in London on Saturday afternoon.
The 24-year-old, who can operate as a defender or as a defensive midfielder, started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as Spurs won 2-0, thanks to a double from South Korea international attacker Son Heung-min.
The England international played well, and was involved both in the defensive and the attacking plays of Tottenham, who are now fourth in the Premier League table with 58 points from 29 matches.
Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Dier, who joined the North London outfit from Sporting Lisbon in the summer of 2014 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £4 million.
