The 2017/18 Champions League group stage draw was made on Thursday, and we have some exciting games to look forward to.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side are pitted in Group H alongside Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, and Apoel.

It is indeed a tough group, and many Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter do not sound optimistic of their chances of progressing through the group stages.

The 2016/17 season was memorable for Spurs as they finished runners up behind Chelsea in the Premier League.

However, they couldn’t cross the group stages in Europe’s premier competition, and this time Pochettino should be looking to guide his side into the knockout stages.
