Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Manchester United attacker Anthony Martial this weekend.

RMC Sport suggest the French striker has decided he has no long-term future at the club following the arrival of Alexis Sanchez in the winter, the emergence of Marcus Rashford and a failure to negotiate a new contract at Old Trafford.

Spurs, along with Inter Milan and Real Madrid, have been linked with taking advantage of his unhappiness and he could work as a potential replacement for Harry Kane from the bench.

Manchester United paid a fee reported by the BBC to be in the region of £36 million to bring Martial in from Monaco in 2015.

With Belgian defender Toby Alderweireld seemingly on the way out of the club, and Manchester United keen on the centre-back, there is clearly a possibility of Spurs doing a swap deal to bring Martial in to the club.
