Tottenham Hotspur talent Troy Parrott added to his growing reputation with a big performance for Ireland’s under-19 side.
Parrott scored a hat-trick at the weekend, with his three goals coming in the space of 27 minutes.
He isn’t lacking in confidence, as he dispatched his penalty with a coolly taken ‘Panenka’ chip.
Parrott is only 16-years-old and is attracting huge attention back home in Ireland.
There are calls for him to be fast tracked into the senior side and he is already being compared to the country’s record goalscorer Robbie Keane.
Parrott has been starting regularly for Tottenham’s under-23 side this season, a show of faith in his ability considering his young age.
If he keeps on scoring and making an impact for his country, it will only help his case further at club level.
