Tottenham Hotspur fans have been left frustrated as Troy Parrott was the latest one of their players to suffer what looks like a bad injury.

Spurs’ first-team have been blighted with injury throughout the campaign, with Mauricio Pochettino’s squad currently without several key players.

And it seems that Tottenham’s injury curse is so bad that it is even affecting the youngsters.

Parrott was selected to start for Tottenham’s under-23 side last night, but had to be stretchered off with what looked like a serious injury.

Parrott could now be set to be out of actions for months, and that has concerned and frustrated Spurs fans.

Parrott is arguably the most exciting prospect currently at Tottenham, and there were even calls for him to play this season.

With Harry Kane out Spurs are looking for a striker who can step in and fill the void, with Fernando Llorente struggling.

Parrott has scored prolifically at youth team level for Tottenham, and there are hopes that he could break into Pochettino’s senior side sooner rather than later.
