Riyad Mahrez’s performance for Leicester City against Tottenham Hotspur last night appears to have drawn a mixed reaction from supporters of the North London club.
Mahrez was selected to start for Leicester yesterday, but was part of a Foxes team who were overawed by Spurs.

Mahrez caught some Spurs fans’ eyes, despite the heavy defeat, but others were less impressed.
Tottenham are believed to be interested in signing Mahrez in the summer transfer window, with Mauricio Pochettino having identified the Algerian as a potential addition (Telegraph).
Mahrez is apparently hoping to play for a side in the Champions League, and Spurs could offer him that.
