Tottenham Hotspur fans have responded to Anthony Martial’s latest tweet by urging him to sign for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
The Manchester United forward put out an apology, after returning from Jose Mourinho’s side’s pre-season tour to attend the birth of his child.
Martial claimed that family always was going to come first for him, and Spurs supporters feel that Pochettino would be a far better manager for the French forward to develop under.
Tottenham have been tracking Martial for much of the summer so far, but they have failed to get a deal over the line.
Pochettino’s men have had a worrying transfer window so far, and have failed to make any new additions.
Tottenham are believed to be keen to snap up some new forwards, as they look to increase their attacking options for the new campaign.
