Tottenham Hotspur beat Swansea City 3-0 on Saturday afternoon.

Tottenham Hotspur are into the semi-finals of the FA Cup after beating Swansea City 3-0 at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
After seeing off lower league opposition in AFC Wimbledon, Newport County and Rochdale earlier in the competition, Spurs were finally faced with a Premier League side on Saturday – but they coasted to victory.
Christian Eriksen was given far too much time and space to pick his spot to give Spurs the lead, before Erik Lamela’s neat skill and curling finish handed Tottenham a 2-0 advantage going into the break.

Eriksen scored against Swansea yet again after half time to make it 3-0, handing Spurs a passage into the last four of the competition, as Mauricio Pochettino attempts to win his first trophy as Spurs boss.
Whilst goalscorers Eriksen and Lamela will grab the headlines, there was also a start for new signing Lucas Moura, who played 73 minutes against the Swans.
The Brazilian winger, signed from Paris Saint-Germain in January, has only started FA Cup games for Tottenham, with his third appearance in the competition coming on Saturday.

Moura, 25, is still getting up to speed with English football, but his performance caught the eye on Saturday, with fans taking to Twitter to praise the wide man.
Some felt that Moura’s display was ‘absolute class’ and gives Pochettino a major headache when it comes to trying to fit all his attacking players into the team, adding that Moura is going to be even better next season, once he has adjusted to life in England and had a full pre-season under Pochettino.
