Tottenham Hotspur are said to be closing in on signing Hoffenheim defender Jeremy Toljan.
Tottenham Hotspur fans appear to be concerned that Daniel Levy is going to be aggravating Mauricio Pochettino with his transfer strategy.
Spurs are the only team in the Premier League yet to make a signing this summer, despite selling Kyle Walker for a mammoth fee to Manchester City.

Levy has operated with his usual stringency so far, with Spurs repeatedly haggling over transfer prices.
Spurs may only have to pay £3 million for the right-back, who could be available at a bargain price.
But some Tottenham fans fear that Toljan is not Pochettino’s first choice, and is only being targeted because he is cheap.
Pochettino has only ever spoken positively of his relationship with Levy before, and there has been no suggestions that he is frustrated with Spurs lack of activity this summer.
However, with all of Tottenham’s title rivals strengthening, there are concerns that the Lilywhites could be left behind unless they invest.
