Tottenham Hotspur are said to be keen to make a move for Borussia Monchengladbach defender Jannick Vestergaard.

Tottenham Hotspur fans feel that Jannick Vestergaard would be a poor signing, following the rumours that they are interested in the Borussia Monchengladbach centre-back.
Vestergaard has been a frequent scorer for Monchengladbach over the past two seasons, with the defender carrying a great amount of ability in the air.
However, Spurs fans feel that the Dane would not be able to impact on their starting line-up.
Tottenham’s options at centre-back are already very strong, wth Pochettino arguably having the best backline in the Premier League.
Jan Vertonghen, Toby Alderweireld and Davinson Sanchez are three of the stand out defenders in England, and Eric Dier is also able to slot into Spurs’ defence.

Tottenham also have Juan Foyth, who they have high hopes for, and Cameron Carter-Vickers is currently out on loan, meaning centre-back is not a position which they are desperate for upgrades in.
Pochettino is believed to have money to spend in January, but Spurs are not thought to be particularly close to completing any signings at this stage.
