Tottenham Hotspur have issued a statement on Dele Alli and Harry Kane.

Tottenham Hotspur have issued an update on the fitness of Harry Kane and Dele Alli.
Both players sustained injuries in the Champions League quarter-final win over Manchester City.
Tottenham’s update did not provide clear cut answers, but it does offer an indication of both players’ status.
Kane is said to have suffered a ‘significant lateral ligament injury to his left ankle’.
Further tests are to be undertaken over the next week.
There is a risk Kane does not play again this season.

He is already out this weekend and is not going to be fit enough for the second leg against City next week.
One player who could be is Dele Alli.
He fractured his hand against City but there is still a chance he could feature, even against Huddersfield on Saturday.
The club website said he will undergo further assessment by the medical team.
The Kane news unfortunately outweighs the bright outlook on Alli.
