Tottenham beat Millwall 6-0 in today’s FA Cup quarter-final clash.

Tottenham Hotspur coasted into the semi-finals of the FA Cup with a convincing 6-0 home win over League One side Millwall this afternoon.
Mauricio Pochettino’s men hadn’t faced a Premier League side in this year’s competition having taken on Aston Villa, Wycombe Wanderers and Fulham, and they again beat lower-league opposition in Millwall.
The Lions had beaten three top-flight sides in this year’s competition, seeing off Bournemouth, Watford and Leicester City, but they fell behind to a Christian Eriksen strike in the first half, with the Dane coming on as an early substitute for the injured Harry Kane.
Son Heung-min added a superb second with a curling strike before half time, and made it three with a fine volley from close range, before Dele Alli added a fourth.
Vincent Janssen scored his first goal from open play in a Spurs shirt with a well-placed fifth, and Son rounded off his hat-trick with an injury-time goal to send Tottenham into the last four.
In the final ever FA game at White Hart Lane, Tottenham pulled off a superb performance, and whilst Son grabbed the headlines with his outstanding hat-trick, midfielder Harry Winks was praised by fans after the final whistle.

Spurs fans took to Twitter to hail the 21-year-old, praising his display as ‘epic’, ‘brilliant’ and ‘special’, tipping him for a huge future at White Hart Lane.
Others compared Winks to ex-Tottenham midfielder Scott Parker and even former Arsenal playmaker Cesc Fabregas for his ability on the ball, with fans touting him as the top prospect to come up through the ranks since striker Kane.
