Tottenham’s Harry Kane celebrates scoring their fifth goal to complete his hat trick with Filip Lesniak
Filip Lesniak became the latest Tottenham Hotspur youngster to be handed a debut under Mauricio Pochettino last night.
The youngster came off the bench against Leicester City late on, replacing midfield maestro Mousa Dembele, and managed to provide an assist for one of Harry Kane’s four goals.
Lesniak has been at Spurs for five years and has worked his way up onto Pochettino’s radar, with his hard work finally paying off last night.

The 21-year-old touched the ball only seven times in his five minutes on the pitch, but this was enough for him to make an early impact.
Competition for places in Tottenham’s midfield is seriously tough, with even Eric Dier unable to command a starting spot ion the position.
Lesniak will hope to stake a further claim in a post-season friendly, and could even be rewarded for his impact with a start against Hull City at the weekend.
