According to The Daily Mail, Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino could make a move for United defender Smalling.
It has been reported that United have made the England international centre-back available for transfer following the signing of Victor Lindelof.
The Daily Mail has also claimed that the Red Devils could use the 27-year-old as part of a deal to sign Eric Dier from Tottenham.

Smalling has been on the books of United since 2010 when he joined from Fulham and has played 31 times for the England national football team.
