Jadon Sancho started for Borussia Dortmund in the first leg of their Champions League tie against Tottenham Hotspur last time out.

Some Tottenham fans on Twitter have reacted to an impressive piece of skill by Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho during his side’s goalless draw against Nuremberg in the Bundesliga on Monday night.
The Spurs supporters reminded the 18-year-old that he couldn’t do it during their 3-0 first leg Champions League defeat last Wednesday where he produced a quiet display, particularly in the second-half.
Here is BT Sport Football posting a small video of Sancho making players ‘look silly’, as posted on their official Twitter account:
During the game at Wembley last Wednesday, centre-back Jan Vertonghen played as a left wing-back and kept the highly-rated attacker quiet for large parts of the match.
Added with that, the Belgian scored and assisted for his team as they secured an impressive advantage going into the return leg in Germany.

Nonetheless, one fan reminded Sancho about Vertonghen, while another stated that Spurs had him ‘pocketed’ last week as they will be hoping to do the same when they meet again.
Here is a selection of Tottenham fans on Twitter reacting to Sancho’s trick:
England international Sancho has been thriving in Germany after moving from Premier League side Manchester City during the summer of 2017.
Over the course of this season, he has played 30 matches in all competitions, scoring eight goals and supplying his teammates with an impressive 11 assists, according to transfermarkt.
He has only scored once and provided one assist in the Champions League as he will be looking to add to that tally when Spurs visit Dortmund next month.
