Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has suggested there are too many foreign players in their squad.

Tottenham Hotspur fans believe that Mauricio Pochettino’s comments about his side having too many foreign players suggest that Mousa Dembele could be leaving soon.
“It’s in the club’s hands [the foreign player issue], not mine only. We share the responsibility with the club, because if not it looks like the bad things is the gaffer and the good things we share all together,” he said.
“Sometimes someone puts me, the gaffer, out of the club for good reasons. And when something wrong happens it’s Mauricio Pochettino, the coach. Yes, I’m so disappointed from the beginning because it’s not only him [Foyth] but GK Nkoudou and Vincent Janssen are out of the squad in the Champions League and that’s so painful. It’s so painful.
“It’s a mistake that we made that at this level of football we cannot repeat again. For different reasons we need to find solutions before the start of the season.”
Spurs supporters feel that the comments are bad news for Dembele, who has been linked with an exit from Tottenham for some time.
Dembele was rumoured to be leaving for China in the summer, but he stuck around.
Unfortunately, the Belgium international has suffered badly with injury this term, with his advancing years potentially catching up with him.
Dembele can be one of the finest midfielders in the Premier League on his day, but he has not been at his best for much of this campaign.
If Dembele was to leave Tottenham, Pochettino would almost definitely have his eye on bringing in another central midfielder to strengthen his squad.
