Arsenal did not have too long to savour their exciting win over Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend.
The Gunners milked it as much as they could, but last night they were back to action away to Manchester United.
While they kept their unbeaten run intact at Old Trafford, a 2-2 draw saw them lose more ground at the top of the table.
Having finally caught Tottenham up and drawn level at the weekend, Spurs are now two points above Arsenal.
Tottenham enjoyed a far easier fixture than Arsenal, sauntering to a 3-1 victory over manager-less Southampton at Wembley.
Chelsea’s defeat to Wolves meant Spurs are up to third place, with Arsenal falling to fifth.

Arsenal had previously been above Tottenham on goal difference.
