Tottenham Hotspur winger Erik Lamela has been out for a year with injury.

Tottenham Hotspur fans are delighted that Erik Lamela appears to be edging ever closer to a return to first-team football.
Lamela is finally training with Tottenham again, after a considerable period of time on the sidelines.
The Argentine winger has not featured at all since October 2016, after what has been a troublesome hip injury.
Lamela has had a series of set-backs on his way to recovery, but now seems to be getting closer to full fitness.
And Tottenham fans are eager to see Lamela back in action, as they feel the skilful wide-man could improve their attacking quality.
Lamela faces a huge fight to win his place back in Spurs’ team, as things have changed during his time on the sidelines.
Tottenham now appear to utilise 3-4-3 as their formation of choice, with Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen flanking Harry Kane.

To break into Tottenham’s team ahead of either Eriksen or Alli will be a hugely tough task for Lamela, as the pair are two of Pochettino’s side’s star men.
But Lamela should offer Spurs more options going forward when he finally becomes available for selection again.
