Tottenham Hotspur fans grow frustrated with incessant mickey taking of Harry Kane.

Tottenham Hotspur fans are calling on Harry Kane to boycott this summer’s World Cup.
The Spurs forward has become a figure of fun after claiming a goal which barely touched him, as the Golden Boot slips from his grasp due to his injury and Mohamed Salah’s unstoppable form.
Last night at the PFA Awards, where Salah was crowned the season’s best player, there was another dig at Kane’s expense.
Rival supporters knocking Kane is to be expected, but Spurs fans feel the joke is getting tiresome already.
Seeing Kane getting dug out at the PFA Awards do by the chair of the event is not a good look, and Spurs fans are calling on the striker to take unprecedented action.
Supporters want Kane to pull out of the World Cup, not only for their own gain so he is rested, but to teach everybody a lesson about just how valuable he is, and that he should be respected and not turned into the punchline of a joke.

Kane doing so would surely make him public enemy number one and really turn fans against him, and such is his non-confrontational character and competitive nature, that he will surely head to Russia 2018 regardless.
But the striker looked out of sorts against Manchester United in the FA Cup semi-final, and it’s little wonder Spurs fans wouldn’t mind seeing him rested.
