Tottenham Hotspur fans are expecting Davinson Sanchez to join, after hearing Kevin Wimmer is set for West Bromwich Albion.

Tottenham Hotspur fans believe they have secured a deal for Davinson Sanchez, after hearing the news that Kevin Wimmer is expected to move to West Bromwich Albion.

The Telegraph reported that Wimmer is set to move to the Hawthorns in the near future in a deal worth £15 million.

And Tottenham fans believe that Sanchez is now on his way to North London.

Spurs supporters feel that they wouldn’t have sanctioned Wimmer’s move, unless they felt confident of bringing in Sanchez from Ajax.

Tottenham have been working on a deal to sign Sanchez for a considerable amount of time, according to the Guardian, but have struggled to agree a fee for the youngster to date.

If Sanchez does move to Tottenham he will become their first signing of what has been a slow transfer window for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Sanchez will be in competition with the likes of Jan Vertonghen, Toby Alderweireld and Eric Dier for a first-team place, if he does move to Spurs.
