Tottenham Hotspur have fallen into the bottom half of the Premier League table following that defeat at Anfield over the weekend.

Tottenham Hotspur fans think that their manager Mauricio Pochettino has now lost the plot after he claimed that his team ‘deserve more points’ this season.

Spurs have produced a number of horror shows this term, which has resulted in them falling into the bottom half of the Premier League table after 10 games.

At the weekend, they suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, with that result, it means that Spurs have 12 points this campaign, and have endured their worst start since Pochettino took over.

Despite the continued abject performances on the field of play, Pochettino thinks that Spurs are more deserving of the 12 points they have already picked up, as posted by Tottenham News.

Tottenham’s most emphatic victory this season came against Roy Hodgson’s Crystal Palace when they scored four against them inside the first half.

But they did fall behind against the likes of Villa, got outplayed at Manchester City, thrashed by Brighton, and perhaps were lucky not to give away a penalty when 1-0 down against Watford before walking away with a draw.

Either way, it has left the Spurs faithful perplexed as some think that their side are perhaps lucky with the number of points they already have in their locker.
