Tottenham Hotspur continue to be linked with Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic – and Watford sporting director Cristiano Giaretta thinks a move could happen.
Tottenham have been linked with Vlahovic for months now having also eyed him up during the summer transfer window.
Vlahovic’s ridiculous exploits this season mean Tottenham are hardly going to back away.
Vlahovic has smashed 16 goals in 20 Serie A games this season, becoming one of Europe’s top young strikers.
The 21-year-old has so far refused a new deal with Fiorentina, and he has just 18 months left on his contract.
Antonio Conte is understood to want Vlahovic at Tottenham, seemingly alongside Harry Kane rather than replacing him.
A January deal seems a little difficult for Tottenham to fund, but expect Spurs to chase the Serbian throughout 2022.

Watford sporting director Cristiano Giaretta has now offered his view on the matter after being asked by Tuttomercatoweb.
Giaretta noted that Conte wants work rate and defensive contributions from his attackers, branding Vlahovic ‘complete’ because of those abilities.
Giaretta added that he wouldn’t be surprised to see Vlahovic join Tottenham, seemingly believing they have a real chance of a deal.
“From an attacker he also wants a run, a defensive phase,” said Giaretta. “Vlahovic is complete, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him at Tottenham,” he added.
